Last Friday, Senator Alan Peter Cayetano filed a restraining order against ABS-CBN preventing the broadcast network to air anti-Duterte ads which is in effect for 72 hours.
It is said in the restraining order that a political ad that was uploaded already on Youtube and another site was seen when minors are shouting cuss words. Another ad that was said to be paid and for by Former Senator Antonio Trillanes IV that in the ad, minors were used as black propaganda.
It is also mentioned the Section 2, Article 8, 2007 Broadcast Code that “[n]o program or sponsor shall be allowed to manifestly favour or oppose any candidate or political party.”
