OHIO, USA – A video of a baby imitating the moves and exercises done by Rocky Balboa in the movie “Rocky II” emerged online and is capturing hearts in the online community.
A story by Kara O’Neil in Mirror Co UK said that the little champ named Charlie trends online after his dad Zack Magilavy posted his cute video on Facebook imitating Rocky Balboa’s exercises featured in the movie ‘Rocky II’.
The video was shared on 6th July; the exact day of the 70th birthday of “Rocky” star Sylvester Stallone.
“Ok guys. Here is the video that everyone wants me to put back up of our little boy Charlie training with his favorite boxer,” said by Zack on his video post on Facebook.
“It brings a smile to our face every time he asks to ‘workout with Rocky’. He takes his workouts very seriously. If you enjoy it as much as we do, please feel free to share it. Who knows, maybe it will make it back to Sly,” he added.
The baby is seen imitating different exercises – including stretching, push-ups, punch bag exercises along with weightlifting – from scenes in the movie “Rocky II” on his television in the living room.
The father was quick to defend Charlie when some online users said that the kid is watching too much TV.
“No we do not allow him to watch the fight scenes, and yes his TV time is very limited. It’s a two minute clip and he’s been training for the last year!” the father explained.
The viewers are in awe over the kid’s cute exercise video; evident from reactions received from online users. The video has been viewed more than 3.6 million times on Facebook and shared over 71,000 times; receiving almost 10,000 comments as of posting.
The video even caught the attention of the star Sylvester Stallone, who proudly shared the video on his Twitter account.
One of the Facebook users commented, “Wonderful coordination. He pays attention to detail. Adorable little boy”.
