Controversies are being thrown at the senator-to-be Leila De Lima. There are issues about her having an inappropriate video along with a man named Cesar Mancao.
The controversy was revealed by a woman named Sandra Cam who accuses the Secretary of Department of Justice that she is having an intimate relationship with one of the people who has a case in the court.
Based on the statement of Sandra Cam, the reason why Cesar can leave the country is because he threatened De Lima that he will be releasing the said video.
This immediately caused a stir on social media sites as people gave out their mixed reactions on the said issue.
