- Actress refuted estranged hubby’s claim that they agreed on an annulment
- She said she won’t forgive him and accept his request to annul their marriage
- She also said she’ll seek justice instead, will see her hubby and her alleged mistress in court
MANILA, Philippines – Refuting her estranged husband’s earlier claim that they both have agreed to have their marriage annulled, actress Sunshine Dizon took to social media to promise him justice instead.
On her Instagram, Dizon said she neither forgive her husband Timothy Tan for his alleged infidelity nor accept his request for an annulment.
“No forgiveness for what you did. No annulment for you,” she wrote.
Dizon also told Tan and his alleged mistress whom she earlier identified as a certain Clarissa Sison that she will file a case against them instead.
“I will seek justice. I will see you both in court,” she said.
Dizon’s post was also accompanied by a picture containing a quote about “terrible human beings”.
“Why? Because some people are just terrible human beings, and terrible people do terrible things. If you’re racking your brain trying to understand it, it just means you’re not one of those terrible people,” read the quote.
Tan, who got married to Dizon in 2010 and with whom he has two children, earlier claimed that they have agreed to have their marriage annulled.
“Since the start of the year, our marriage has underwent numerous challenges and as with any relationship, we have truly tried our best to resolve certain issues,” he said. “However, we have both concluded that an annulment is warranted.”
Tan also asked the public for privacy.
“I would also like to request for privacy as we both go through this challenging time in our lives,” he said.
