TEGUCIGALPA, Honduras – A chilling video footage recorded inside what is believed to be a haunted hospital has left the online community baffled and disturbed.
An article by News.com published on May 2 said a ghostly apparition appears out of nowhere in a dimly lit corridor of the hospital.
The hallway on the video appears to be empty, but surprisingly, a semi-transparent figure can be seen appearing suddenly.
Internet ghost hunters believe the video was recorded in the School Hospital Universitario in Honduras; where a doctor apparently took his own life.
Stories are circulating that the physician now haunts the corridors and sometimes flickers on the lights in rooms where patients are staying.
The video was posted on a Honduran Facebook page La Otra Dimension on April 29 and has been viewed more than 1.3 million times; receiving thousands of comments.
Apparently, it is not the first time an alleged “ghost” was spotted roaming in the hospital corridors.
Scoot Campbell mentioned in his article for The Mirror published on May 1 that back in June last year, Andrew Milburn was texting his girlfriend at Leeds General Infirmary when he noticed a ghostly figure in a Snapchat he took.
“I sent her a picture as I walked to my office. Unbeknown at the time it appears that I captured a ghost figure in the corridors,” 21-year-old Milburn said.
“I have since put this picture on Facebook, it has received thousands of likes and comments and has been shared as far as America,” he added.
Milburn said that the snap had been shared on to paranormal investigator groups; many of which believed the picture is real.
