Bus driver’s unusual behavior scares passengers

Roads can be very dangerous not because of how they are made but because of the drivers that use them. Whether we like it or not, our safety while driving or riding public transportation depends on the people behind the steering wheel. One netizen shared her scary experience with a bus driver that scared everyone aboard due to his unusual, aggressive behavior.

Yves Trinidad posted her story in hopes of spreading awareness that drivers and public transportation companies should be more careful about how they do their job to ensure everyone’s safety. Thinking back to what happened, Yves was so sure that a scene like this only existed in the movies. But she was wrong.

Yves was on a bus from Paniqui, Tarlac to Mareveles on December 16th. On any other given day, she would have slept through the bus ride but the bus driver at the helm made it simply impossible. He would honk the horn even if there was nobody causing any trouble and he would often pump the brakes, apparently for no reason.

Yves thought that she was the only one who noticed the unusual behavior but when she looked back, almost every passenger was standing up. They began talking to each other, possibly wondering what was happening. Even the conductor tried to see what was going on but was brushed off by the driver.

When they reached a toll gate, that was when passengers started asking questions. The bus driver got mad and had a tantrum, telling them to change buses if they didn’t like his driving. When Yves reached her stop, everyone got off the vehicle shaken.

The scary experience made Yves reach out to everyone, not only the people concerned, to tell them to be safe. Everyone’s life is valuable so she hoped that nothing like this ever happens again.
