A 23–year–old guy from Balanga, Bataan got arrested and is now facing charges as he was allegedly caught sexually abusing his 2-year-old neighbor inside the bathroom of their house on Tuesday. They had to rush the victim to the hospital because her private area was bleeding.
The victim’s own sibling saw the actual scene. He saw the guy, appearing obviously drunk, doing nasty things towards her sister.
The suspect even managed to push the head of the sibling into the bathroom bowel but she immediately called for help so the guy was stopped and sent to the police.
