- A helicopter photobombs a wedding photo taken in Iceland
- CM Leung, who has been voted one of the world’s top wedding photographers, said it’s a dangerous shot
- The Icelandic Coast Guard chopper had been in the area to rescue somebody
A helicopter arrived above a wedding photoshoot in Iceland; photobombing a wedding photo which was taken by a well-known photographer.
In an article written by James Gould-Bourn of Bored Panda, it was disclosed that CM Leung, who has been voted one of the world’s top wedding photographers, did not expect that an additional object, a flying helicopter, will be included in one of his shots.
It was noted that the Icelandic Coast Guard chopper had been in the area to rescue somebody. Leung just happened to be in the right place at the right time to capture the moment when it flew past the bride.
The photo gained different comments from Internet users.
“You are the best CM, I hope [you] return to Querétaro, México,” C.G. stated.
“If a chopper was that close I don’t think her hair and dress would look so nice. Just saying. Cool pic, but…” D.H. said.
“I know I am in the minority for this and I will get hammered by everyone, but is anyone else tired of how artificial so many images look these days? This is a beautiful image but between hdr, editing software’s ability to adjust for shadow and highlight, images are just becoming far too whimsical. Notice her white dress has become grey etc. Sorry for the rant,” A.P. wrote.
“I thought maybe the chopper just happened to be there (for some other purpose) and then they arranged a fly by? But if it were arranged, I’d call that a waste of time and effort,” commented N.K.
