Kapamilya actor Albie Casiño took to Instagram to vent out his frustration over Cebu Pacific’s sudden cancellation of flights. He posted a photo of the airline’s logo along with a caption that recounted his bad experience with it. According to the actor, he always knew that Cebu Pacific was the worst airline but he never got to experience it first hand.
On the day of his flight, however, CebPac cancelled all of its flights presumably due to unfavorable weather conditions, while other airlines proceeded with theirs. The airline apparently also failed to provide them with accommodations, meals, and fare refund, among others. Albie further said that he will no longer be flying with CebPac in the future, urging his friends and family to do the same.
Netizens, on the other hand, were quick to support Albie. They agreed that CebPac was indeed the worst airline, and proceeded to share similar stories in the comments thread of his post. Some of their comments were:

According to a number of airline review sites, Cebu Pacific is a three-star airline at best. It was given a 5/10 rating by reviewers from the Airline Quality website, while Airline Ratings rated it a measly 2.9/10. Trip Advisor, on the other hand, gave it a 3 out of 5. Most of the comments and complaints involve the airline’s customer service and overall flight management.
As of writing, Cebu Pacific has yet to respond to Albie’s complaint.
