At 102, Paz Villa Cortez, a centenarian from Bauang La Union still got strong body and sharp memory.
Mama Paz as her known name is, came from Barangay Calumbaya, has 12 children and 50 grandchildren. When her husband passed away, she stayed and worked in Hawaii and just returned in the Philippines at age 92.
Now the oldest centenarian in Bauang, La Union and continues to amaze her children with her health, shared her secret to long life saying;
Centenarians have started receiving incentives in Bauang, La Union since the Municipality ordinance took effect last year.
